Who does Vitamin K2 work with?

Vitamin D regulates the absorption of calcium, while vitamin K ensures that the absorbed calcium is used effectively. This helps protect the arteries from calcium deposition and calcification in the vessels [4,6]. It enhances the effectiveness of Ca ± vitamin D and thus supports bone mineralization.
